Thank you for supporting Beyond Cocoa, before placing your order please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our terms of business. If you are unsure about any parts of these terms of business, please ask us for clarification.

We use the term “treats” to refer to all our products which are made to order. We make every effort to accommodate all orders if possible and reserve the right to decline where it is not possible to accept an order.

With the exception of our signature treat box, all of our treats can be customised to suit your needs.

1.     Privacy policy and how we use your information in line with data protection:

All personal information that we may use will be collected, processed and held in accordance with data protection regulation. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

2.     Allergen Information:

To ensure the safety of our customers, all of our treats are labelled with the ingredients they contain.  Please refer to our allergen disclaimer.

3.     Tasting sessions:

We hold regular tasting sessions and coffee mornings for you to try our treats. If you are interested in attending any of our sessions, please get in touch and we will let you know when the next one is.

4.     Placing your order

You can choose from our range of treats and contact us to place your order. To give us ample time to make your treats, we require a minimum of one weeks’ notice for cupcakes and mini cakes.

For celebration cakes and favours, four weeks’ notice is required.

Chocolates – A minimum of one week’s notice is required to make your order.

5.     Pricing:

Our prices are based on size, design and complexity of your choice of treats.

Our Signature Treat Box is priced at £20 and can be ordered directly online.

Cupcakes start from £15 for a box of six.

Mini Cakes – Prices start from £25

Celebration Cakes – Prices start from £45 for 6” size

6.     Deposits and Payments:

Full payment is required for our signature treat box, chocolates, cupcakes and mini cakes when you place your order.

For celebration cakes, a non-refundable fee of 50% of the value of your cake is required as a deposit when you place your order. A confirmation email will be sent out to you once your deposit is paid.

Full payment should be made three days before your cake is delivered.

7.     Deliveries and Collection:

We offer free delivery once a week locally in Sutton and Croydon Boroughs. If you live outside these boroughs, please contact us to discuss your options before placing your order.

8.     If you change your mind:

We understand that life happens and sometimes plans have to be changed. We will try and accommodate any changes you may have and reserve the right to charge you with any additional costs incurred. A minimum of two weeks is required to incorporate changes in cases of celebration cakes and cakes with complex designs.

If you decide to cancel your order two weeks before your order is due, you will be charged for any work already carried out as well as items specially purchased for your order.
